MaxBet integrates the access-control system with Time Management

MaxBet is a leader on the electronic games and sport bet field, operating in Romanian since 2002, having 64 locations across the country and approx. 1000 employees.

MaxBet benefits of the Romanian Software applications since May 2010 and requires the integration of Time Management solution with the time tracking system. By this integration, MaxBet intends to automate the centralization, validation and data transfer processes from the time keeping system into the payroll system, eliminating additional data processing needed to extract overtime and to compensate it, as well as for management reporting purposes.

The integration will allow data transfer by direct connection to the database of the access system, data are imported if there are no error type anomalies, based on preconfigured validations, the import running frequency being set through protocol.

Based on MaxBet processes particularities and the needs, the integration considered a series of validations through which information from the access system were automatically filtered and processed in order to be transferred into the time management application in the final version, required for worked time record and salaries calculation.

MaxBet will benefit of the Romanian Software post implementation services, technical assistance for using the system and maintenance.
