Cooper Standard Romania selects the payroll and personnel administration outsourcing services offered by Romanian Software
The American provider of auto components, Cooper Standard, contracted Romanian Software for outsourcing the payroll and personnel administration services. The factory in Craiova will serve the Ford Romania plant which plans to produce this year, in Craiova, 60.000 B-Max model automobiles, by which 99% are for export.
The components factory selected the human resources services provider based on professionalism and expertise in the field criteria, in order to support the factory’s development from the personnel perspective and to guarantee the personnel management at the standards of the American company.
The services provided by Romanian Software are assisted by the Human Resources Planning software platform, at its clients’ disposal for process organization, online access to personnel data, files and reports.
